How should I apply attar?
The easiest and most effective way to apply attar is by gently rolling it directly onto the skin at your pulse points, such as the wrists, nape of the neck, and behind the ears.
Avoid rubbing your wrists together after applying to prevent disrupting the fragrance.
What is the difference between perfume and attar?
Perfumes are usually alcohol-based, combining synthetic and natural ingredients for a strong, long-lasting scent.
On the other hand, attars are oil-based, alcohol-free, and offer a subtle, lasting fragrance.
How long does the fragrance last?
All our fragrances, whether attars or perfumes, are designed to last a minimum of 24 hours with strong projection.
Our attars, especially, are made with 100% pure concentrated oil. That's why they have the ultra-long-lasting element.
Are your perfumes and attars alcohol-free?
Oud Mehal™ attars are alcohol free. The perfumes contain alcohol.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are dermatologically tested and safe for sensitive skin.
However, we still recommend a patch test beforehand. Apply a small amount on your wrist. Wait for the fragrance to settle. In case of any reactions, visit a doctor.
